My name is Karavaererue Kuvare, Clinical Technologist at OSMED Dialysis Center in Oshakati. As a person, I aspire so much in caring for others and helping them where I can. When I am at work, I dedicate most of my time getting to know my patients as well as educating them on kidney care.

Working as a face of Osmeds company, I feel extraordinary happy and proud being part of it, I am always ready to welcome and serve patients and every visitor equally and maintain confidentiality at high level. My every single day dream is to take OSMEDS in the map of health sector in Namibia.

I am the Logistics Officer for OSMEDS since 2023. My main duties is to transport patient from and to the clinic daily for dialysis appointment. My job has exposed me to interact and communicate with different people everyday.

I am a hardworking individual and my work ethic is one of my greatest qualities. I am caring and loving, this alone makes it easier for me to work. I have strong attention to detail and a genuine concern for the patients welfare, I strive to exceed expectations in both care giving and facility maintenance tasks.
